The whole week, on the kitchen wall.
Mantel arrives as a working family dashboard. Scan the code on the back, connect your calendars, and everyone’s day is on one screen. It is still a photo frame when nobody is looking at it.
$149, frame included. Five minutes to set up.

Plug it in, scan the code, done.
- 01
Plug it in
It arrives with the software already on it. There is nothing to flash, sideload or update on day one.
- 02
Scan the code on the back
Setup happens on your phone, not by tapping letters out on a screen with a remote.
- 03
Connect a calendar
Google, Outlook or iCloud. Whoever is in the household connects theirs and gets their own colour.
The frame does not need an account of its own, and nobody has to learn an interface.
Three rooms, three layouts.
Kitchen
The full dashboard: everyone’s day side by side, next up, weather, chores, shopping. The one in the photograph.
Hallway
Built for leaving the house: next up in very large type, a leave-by time, today’s weather, what each person needs to take, and nothing else.
Bedside
Dims to a clock after dark, with tomorrow’s first event in small type beneath and the slideshow off until morning.
- Family calendar
- Shopping list
- Weather
- Bin day
- School run
- Countdown
- Chores
- Smart home
- Photos
You choose which widgets go where. The frame in the hallway does not need to know about the shopping.
Forward the school email. Get the actual week.

When nobody is standing in front of it.
Motion sensing flips it. Walk up and the dashboard is there. Walk away and it goes back to your photos after a minute. You can turn that off, pin it to the dashboard permanently, or set hours.
What arrives.
- The frame
- Pre-flashed, with its stand and wall mount.
- A power cable
- Long enough for a kitchen shelf.
- A setup card
- With the code you scan.
- The software
- Which updates itself.
If you already own a compatible frame, there is a software-only option and the setup is the same.
$149 for the frame. Then nothing.
The frame and the software, once. Calendars, widgets, layouts and photos are included and stay included. The email and fixtures parsing runs on a monthly plan at $4, because it costs us money every time it runs, and the dashboard works perfectly well without it.
From a school email nobody read to the end.
Put it on the kitchen wall.
One frame, one scan, and the week stops living in your head.
